Hi all,

I sent in my PR card renewal application for which it will arrive there tomorrow April 20th. I have a flight in October 11, do you think I would get my PR in time? A little bit concerned now considering the strike...
If your application is normal, 5 months is more than safe. Most people get renewed in 3 months. However, there is exception, less than 1% I guess...so don't worry about things you are not likely face.

I applied in Oct 2022.

But I did not receive any update. only one delays
Hi Lilly,
1. Have your checked your calculation of RO to make sure it's solid, including day trips to the states?
2. Do you file tax return every year and information you give to match your NOA including change of address and income to match?
These two points are what I believe IRCC will check to make sure your application is logically right and honest without a second review.
It's very bad that if IRCC raises flag, it costs lots of time to a final decision. Sometimes could be just very minor mistake.

It has been almost 6 months for my PR card renewal (Online). I have called them several times and sent online forms. All they say is that it is processing, in the meantime, nothing happens. What can I do?

This frustration started affecting my mental health. I can't work and keep focused on what I do.

I moved to Canada to live a better life in a developed first-world country. My experience has been the complete opposite and this PR renewal is not the only thing.
Were u able to link it to gckey?

I sent my application via courier Feb 06
Delivered on Feb 09
No update after that

How can I check the status because processing time showing only 65 days mine already passed that ?

I sent by courier on March 21th. No update (including AoR) so far. I want to know when we can receive AOR?

Hate to say it, but chances are you have a while to wait yet. I’d say another month at least based off of other timelines.

Anyone with some recent news with online application for first PR card?

Applied Feb 24th, still waiting. Can't link to gckey account, my name contains accents so I'm used to this kind of stuff not working.
