question guys. as my file is stuck at security clearance. so if i apply for security clearance myself through CBSA do you think it will have an impact on my citizenship security clearance as well? assuming CBSA will have a duplicate request (one from me and the other from IRCC). because i was checking the processing time on CBSA website and it is between 20 to 100 days. but my file is stuck for more then 4 months now.
In the event of a strike, a number of IRCC services would be impacted. Some may be fully or partially disrupted. According to the Government of Canada’s webpage, you may expect delays with:
• in-person appointments or events including citizenship ceremonies.
Your ceremony is too close to be decided if it will rescheduled or not. Just keep an eye on your inbox and tracker.

Yeah it's probably coz you have an oath scheduled. I have seen this happening to a lot of people. Personally some of my friends too who have oath scheduled. Best bet is to wait till tomorrow when we find out if strike is happening or not.
