Better than Test email is the email from which Oath ceremony invite comes. They respond and provide info about when your Oath will be scheduled.

It's based on your processing office. Like for Ottawa it is - CIC-OTTAWA-CITIZENSH@cic.gc.ca
You can search the forum for your processing office oath email address. Somebody would have surely mentioned about it.

Service Canada will only give passports to people in emergency and humanitarian situations if federal workers go on strike.

I think my office is Vancouver, altho I live in Calgary
