Update. I sent a portal email inquiry to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca with proof that my application was approved from GCMS NOTES. And now I got my pr portal confirmation email.

Congratulations! I have also applied for my GCMS notes in Jan 2023 and still have not received those. Do you know what should I do at this point?

I’ll advise to either request one again because mine took one month. https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/privacyTerms.do this was the website I used. Or try sending them an email and providing proof you submitted a request and include your payment receipt.

i've been looking at others' timeline and it looks like it takes about two weeks to receive eCOPR. when did you confirm your address and upload your photo on the PR Portal?

Mine was the day after you; I completed the portal on March 29th. Also do you know how they mail the PR cards; is it through regular or secured mail?

im not sure what secured mail is? does it mean encrypted email? i believe they will send it to you via physical mail.

Oh sorry I meant.... will it be sent in the mailbox or would I receive a delivery notice from Canada Post to pick it up with ID at the post office?
