I see on the tracker that there is a Test Invite update ( updated Apr 8 ) but I have not received any email yet. I checked my spam folder etc. and don't see any email from IRCC. Any idea when do I receive it. On tracker it says that my test window is Apr 14- May 4.

Maybe because of the long weekend you should receive it by 12th. If you don't, you can contact IRCC but there is no dependency on the email for you to take the test. You can take the test when you ready from Apr 14 by going to this link - https://ct-tc.apps.cic.gc.ca/?lang=en
How can I find the processing office? When I received the fingerprint request, the instructions said to have them sent to the IRCC Vancouver office, however my test invite came from the Scarborough office (dn cit scr address).

From scouring through this forum, Vancouver IRCC sends most of the FP request across the country. Test invite e-mail is most likely the indicator of your processing office. So, in this case, its' Scarborough IRCC. However, files can move for load sharing at any time...
And we don't know how the potential labour disruptions going to impact. This is really concerning, as they were slowly getting back on track. We have to wait and watch.

I was just smugly thinking that the CRA strike wouldn't affect me because I got my notice of assessment already. Then I saw your post and read this article: Labour disruptions impact at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada - Canada.ca, and I quote:

processing applications
in-person appointments or events including citizenship ceremonies
I forgot to click the picture of my Photo ID right before taking citizenship test but scored 19/20 and took picture for myself twice. I submitted the test on Friday April 7th. the test still is not completed on the tracker.
I emailed them after that with copy of my photo id, What happens next? They didn't ask for photo id or reply to my email, please advise? thanks.

Kindly wait for a few additional days, as they might not update the test progress during holidays, you should see the test completed status later this week.

You would know about it in a few days, better to wait through this week and your account may reflect the test complete status, in which case, you have nothing more to do
