Hello, My parents went to IOM for 2nd X-Ray today afteer 90 days of 1st X-Ray, they told them that my parents Seputum result came negative but 2nd X-ray result is same as like the 1st one. Now they said that you both are clear from here & you dont need to come back here but you have to consult to pulmonologist for final opinion. (IOM gave the adress of pulmonologist).
What is this? Did anyone face this situation in this group? Thanks

Hi,

I got my Mother's Super visa but on visa it says, V-1 which is the visitor visa category.
I ask CIC and they said she can stay up to 5 Years, but on the visa, it says it will expire on Jan 24, before 2 days of my mother's passport expires.

I don't know what to do.. I wanted my mom to stay more with me ... No idea if Pakistan Embassy in Canada will renew my mother's passport? or i need to send her back to pakistan before passport expires?

Please share your ideas ?

My parents supervisa timeline:
- Applied Oct 23, 2021
- No biometrics request as their old ones were valid
- Submitted a support letter from MP on Jan 16, 2022 through webform
- Medical request on Jan 23, 2022
- Medical is scheduled for Feb 11, 2022

Can i know what kind of support letter have you submitted from your mp? my parents applied for a supervisa since March 2022 and they didn't even get medical request yet

I emailed the MP’s office they were pretty fast in getting back to me.

I attached my tax returns from last 3 years, my pay stubs for last 1 year, letter of employment, insurance for my parents, their funds, invitation letter stating that I will look after their expenses and my bank statements, and the MP’s letter.
If you are planning to apply now, I would recommend submit the medical with the application, it will speed up things.

Hello, my parents are here on supervisa and we wanted to go to the US for travel. When we return from US does the insurance need to valid for one year from US entry date again? Or is it ok as long as the insurance is still valid. Thanks

It's called supporting letter for Temporary Residency Visa. Every MP has their own format but they do need some specific for example.

Applicant full name, address, date of birth, purpose of travel, Arrival and departure date

Inviter's name, status in Canada, Address

My parents Super Visa application was submitted in Nov 2022. Medical Exam passed on Jan 1, 2023. Nothing after that. It still says "reviewing Eligibility". Should I send Web Form to ask the latest updates?

Processing Time on IRCC is about 130 days for my country. Now it's 100 days.

If you got a mail saying IRCC is ready to finalize your application. It is mostly approved.

Even I am applying but I am not going to book a return flight as things can change over a year
