Click "Register Now". It will ask you to fill couple of details. In the city of birth section, make sure you enter city,state/province otherwise it will give your error

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
That's the error I'm getting but I didn't use a representative.

This new tool is really helpful compared to the previous one. Thanks for posting about it here.
While registering, have to be sure of putting exact birth place which was put during initial application submission. It took me couple of trials but managed to register.

Even I was getting the same error. Try and fetch the exact format for your birth place that you put while submitting your application. I didn’t have the patience so I did trial and error.
