I’d suggest write an email to IRCC visa office asking for progress/current status

My AOR is Oct 5th and I'm still waiting. Maybe some ppl just don't check forum regularly as before, but there are ppl receiving PPR too.

AOR Oct 2020, got re-medical request in Nov 2022, passed medical in late Dec, no update since then.
