We have the same timeline and office. PR Confirmation e-mail - Dec 15th 2022 (I also replied the same day) Email with PR Portal credentials - Pending Photo & Address upload to PR Portal - Pending eCoPR generation date - Pending PR Cards received - Pending VO - Calgary
Without a PR card, you need the travel visa in addition to your work permit, depending on your home country. Some countries do not need a visa to travel to Canada or may need just a e-travel authorization.

Its better to keep such travels as short as possible at least till you get the PR card in your hand. If you are going for a week or two then i guess it would be fine but try to avoid any travel till you get your PR card for the sake of simplicity.

No, I am a PNP applicant. Received my PPR on August 21st, 2022 but since I was in Canada I had to do the virtual landing. I waited for a long time (4 months) just to receive the PR confirmation email from Calgary VO. I am glad that after that everything was quick. Hope to quickly receive the PR card as well. Good luck everyone and happy holidays.
