When I called IRCC they told Vancouver - but I received an email from Etobicoke.

Called IRCC to have an update, said that Background check is completed. Only Eligibility is still in progress..
Anyone know how long it takes?

How are you guys getting through to them with the phone? I've tried 5 times this morning and can't get an agent to speak with and I'm in Canada.

I usually try multiple times around 11:30pm -12:30pm during the week. Could not speak to them yesterday but today it worked!
