Thank you all
wishing everyone best of everything.
I am also from Aug, based on how it looks, our applications fell through the gap in normal processing. We are in the long run.
Better to apply for BOWP, just to be safe.
I applied for BOWP on 30 Aug 2022 and just got it last week.
Did you get any update on you application yet. I am still waiting.

Rejected ...because the agent is not convinced by 1 of my experience. (Insane !!!! I worked in an International Group known all over the world, in the head office, I provided all the documents, etc.)
But the agent was tricky in purpose ... I had 548 points ... the draw was 542 points... without this experience I lose 12 points so the agent told me: Sorry now you are 536 points and your draw was 542 so I have to reject you. (after waiting 9 months!!!!!! and after passing all other phases (which normally you pass should pass...after eligibility!) That's a real pain when you have to face a such agent. (VO EDMONTON)

This is truly devastating! I’m one of the few who has eligibility last to be started and this is alarming. How come this agent took 9 months for that decision? It doesn’t make sense, they should start reviewing eligibility first before anything else. I hope you can get some legal help or advice for this.
It's a nightmare ... Now I have to wait for a new draw and re-start everything over. At least now they say CEC is 5 months ... last July 2022 the website was saying 12-22 months. I have a lawyer who suggests to contest etc. because my application was very very easy but instead of wasting time with lawyers I prefer re-send a new application and hope that it won't be the same agent. (even if now with the CRS around 480 there is no excuse for the agent)

All the best in resubmitting your application!
Hi guys, can someone please help to clarify the document needed for legal name change?
Will marriage certificate suffice? Or is there an affidavit needed?

What you provided in work exp? Is thar foreign work exp? Did you provided reference letter on letterhead with all duties and salary mentioned?
Yes I did provided all of this. It's in French (as it's either French or English) and it's a huge huge company well known in the world as they are in every continents. So it's just BS from the agent... It's a foreign experience that's why the agent was able to take 12 points to my application from 548 to 536 points and my cut off was 542 at that time.
