I knew it. "Code SM10353 was the most egregious with 9,540 applications assigned to it. This former employee or placeholder based in Sydney, N.S., last used the system on March 23, 2021." Guess what?! I'm one of the lucky ones... I even started to look my file once per week. My brother is starting his process of citizenship while I'm still waiting in the limbo. Sad... I know people are opening my files, but It looks that every time they open my file I back to the bottom of the pile.

Well, it seems you are well-placed for early 2023! The best guess for now is still approximately 1 year from AOR based on a number of people having 'due dates' of 1 year from their AOR. So, that would put you into PR in January of 2023. Fingers crossed & best wishes!

According to GCMS notes, my 'due date' is also exactly one day before the 1 year anniversary of my AOR, even though all documents were in with original application, no added dependents, only one GU in June, nothing since then. That would/might put my PR into May 2023.

On the other hand, I am still hoping that there will be a big push to 'finish' the 2021 TR to PR Pathway program earlier than the current pace based on the following:
  • In June of 2022, IRCC included TR to PR as one of the 3 programs they wanted to set a priority on in their planning for 2023.
  • In Nov of 2022, IRCC's updated plan for 2023-2024 had all remaining TR to PR's completed in 2023 -- there were '0' for 2024.
  • My perception is that TR to PR started as a 'shining light' but is ending as a 'dark stain' and they'd like to clean it up ASAP. In public, they will have the excuse of Covid, Afghan & Ukrainian refugees, but in a year or two the audit of this new program will reveal the causes for delay in more detail. Doesn't help us now, but I'll be looking for it.
Best wishes one and all!

Hi all,
I have received an ADR request
Income proof to prove your employment at the tome of application
And
Income proof with the company from 2020-2021

What are the documents should i be uploading?

I understand my paystubs will do for the 2nd part though still confused for the 1st part wouldn't that be just the same thing?

Thank you in advance

Brother,

i believe you have not seen these people yet, i used to work at transport company and at the end date of my employment year that guy just straight up denied to letter saying that work or he will not provide. Small companies paystub doesn't have positions written on them so these guys manipulate ircc saying that oh this guy worked as a sweeper not the position he actually stated on the application. i have seen it happened in front of me, owner got a call from ircc and he straight up denied that employee lied on the application and please don't issue him PR.
what a sad fk, name and shame that employer
