@forw.jane , The google sheets now has two additional columns "Finger Prints Received" and "Test Complete" to align the spreadsheet with the new tracker. I am going to fix the sort scripts and conditional formatting later today.

It would be great if you and other admins that have access to edit the sheets help backfill these dates!

I am going to apply paper based application very soon but I have a few questions. Please let me know if you think this forum is not the right one to ask these questions.

1) Can I apply with an Indian passport that has just expired ? If this is ok, do I need to attach any letter of explanation ?
2) For proof of english proficiency, can I use my secondary school certificate that has English mentioned as one of the subjects ?

1) Yes, a letter of explanation is required as to why the passport was not renewed

There seems to something wrong with your Physical presence - It needs to be greater than 1095

Hi everyone,

I just tried signing in to check the status of my application but when I put in my info, it did not let me log on. I suspect the representative we used when we got our PR in 2018 might still have access to the account. Has anyone had this problem, and by any chance do you know what we can do?? I couldn't reset the password either...
