How many days do they give to file a new medical exam report? link 30 days or 60 days?

same here nothing changed since ghost update on Nov 03'2022 at 5 pm. I am not expecting anything anytime soon as my Medical passed update came very quick like within 22 days of filling eAPR, that's not enough time to do background check. It will be January or Feb'2023 before I get PR
