I think he is stucked at the mercy of officers because his securityis ckeared, but me and you are stuck in security clearance which has no end and can go for indefinitie time as no time limits for such checks.

For sure, I'll keep sharing my "progress". As @trumprefugee mentioned before, there are known cases of the requests for security clearance that were never sent out from IRCC due to some "system glitch". Thus, not so long ago I have applied for the respective ATIP notes - let's see...
Depends on the office and the agents at the ceremony. Follow the instructions in the PDF invite and whatever they tell you at the ceremony after the judge leaves, when they tell you about next steps. For mine in Niagara Falls, they wanted us to put as the subject:
Oath form for <application number - begins with C and then some numbers>, <last name>

I already did that with CSIS, and they responded that security clearance is in progress and they cant tell when it will be completed so for me and my wife,CSIS does have this request.
That's good that you have passed security clearance. The unlucky folks stuck in security screening often have to wait indefinitely long, and it is harder for them to get IRCC to get moving on their files.
What is your processing office? Your GCMS notes should have that information. Note that everyone starts out in Sydney, NS and then gets sent to a local processing office for the test, so it's the office that is not Sydney. It would have started off as secondary office but should be primary office by now.

If that's also the office that sent your test invite, just reply to the test invite email. If not, then we'll just have to see if anyone did get a test invite from that office. Not many people seem to be from that area.
I emailed them yesterday and today got a reply that this email id is used only to reschedule the test. If any other questions, fill the webform
I gave the test in Jan.
