Does anyone know how long to wait for Oath invite?

I do have a question: has anyone heard of Language Skills being checked off first? If yes, roughly how long of a time period should I be expecting for Physical Presence and Prohibitions to be completed and DM? I know the oath invite itself comes a month or two after DM.

Since its been around 3 months from the citizenship test , is it appropriate enough gap to reach out to IRCC ?
how is everyone reaching out ? any recommendation

1. Replying back to the test invitation email ? any specific format ?
2. Raising a webform
3. Any other communication channel
