CIC will give you the typical/promised timeline. but i have been going thru spreadsheets from Jan to July - time from delivery to AOR has come down from 1.5 months to max a week, IP test to invite has come down from 3 months to 2 - 3 weeks. These are the biggest contributors to our timelines. but even with max time being taken in Jan this year, it was never 26 months but around 12.

I don't think they do, but I sure checked my email this morning. Waiting for my AOR too.

Your arguments might be true for paper applications. However, online applications are slower. Online applications are rarely touched. I am a March 2022 applicant and did not have any update on my file since AOR which is April 2022. Many people are in the same boat. Good luck.

I'm seeing progress all over with online as well, don't be disheartened. They should all be making progress. Applications are different too and I also realized that not everyone is tracked in the spreadsheet. Stay positive!

people who applied in May by Paper have completed the process. While for people who applied via online portal from Jan 2022 are still waiting for a test. So online is much much slower by almost 6 to 12 months.

No. The whole package will mail to your mail box with an office letter in it.

You mean AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt). There are already too many terms and abbreviations floating around...

I dont think there's a particular time. @medwiz got the email early morning. I got it late afternoon (1300 hrs PST). So chillax and hang in there - you will surely get it.
