Type: Paper application
Location: Mississauga, ON, CA
Physical Presence Days: different for me n family; me = 1,374, wife n others = 1,429
Application: Family (4 = 2 adults, 2 minors)
Application sent: 01Sep2022
Delivered: Awaited
AOR: Awaited
Additional info/circumstances: Wife name change documentation, multiple addresses in India before moving to Canada, no police verification needed as past 4 years spent in Canada
4 years, except your country of origin
documentation this time (as compared to PR) was much simpler, nothing that you won't have at home. however, yes, taking copies of all passport pages (bio passport pages for minors) can be time consuming especially if you had a passport renewal during the eligibility period, which makes it 2 passports!
A question friends, our citizenship application has to be at what stage so we can avoid PR renewal process (5 years) / expense? should we have received a decision, or taken the test, or taken the oath too?

If I understand your question correctly: your asking at what stage should your citizenship application have reached so as not to have to renew your PR card?
My guess is the Oath stage... typically that's when they take your PR card (or ask you to destroy it) and you officially become a citizen..hence cannot have a PR card...
