Finally, I received Pre-Arrival letter and 30 minutes after that the PR Portal questions and Invitation were emailed to me.
Application submitted: May, 2021
AOR: June. 2021
Processing Started: Dec 6, 2021
Asked for new forms: March 2022
New medical: May 11, 2022
Medical Passed: May 27, 2022
Pre-Arrival letter: August 17, 2022
Invitation for PR Portal and instructions: August 17, 2022

Let's see when I will get the cards in the mail.

Depends if it’s enhanced or not, varies from 2 months to 2 years
I am stuck by myself in background check and eligibility since March 4.
I passed medical and got pre arrival letter in March 4

Sent an ATIP request in April 2022
Got an ADR on May 12 2022: Schedule A + Police records + re medicals, which we sent on June 10
Passport request letter on August 12

I'm april 2021 applicant already passed medical, criminality and eligibility and stocked on security, I'm really sick of the way ircc works nowadays.
