Hello Folks,

I need some urgent advice. I paid all the fees, but I received an ADR stating the following:

"We have received your TR to PR application, along with a copy of your payment receipt. Due to a system issue at the time you made your payment, our system currently displays your fees as being unpaid.

These outstanding fees may include your processing fee, right of permanent residence fee, and/or biometrics fees."

My outland spouse has already done the biometrics. To be safe, I will pay all the fees again, and then will request a refund later. I am planning to pay the following fees. Please advise if I am missing anything.

Processing Fee (for me and outland spouse): $570 x 2 = $1140
Permanent Residence Fee (for me and outland spouse): $515 x 2 = $1030
Biometric Fee (for me and outland spouse): $85 x 2 = $170

Total: $2340

Am I missing anything?

If you want to pay fees again, then your total fee is accurate. But I would suggest calling IRCC over the phone to check about your ADR Request.
Either you have to just upload the payment receipt along with the bank statement reflecting that you made the payment. OR If your payment didn't go through, you have to pay all the fees again.

Thanks for the quick response. I have submitted my receipts multiple times in the past. I just do not want to take any risks at this point and will pay the total fee to be safe.

Also, they did acknowledge that they received a copy of my receipts along with the application.

Once I have the PR, I will sort this issue out. :)

If that's the case, pay all the fees again and upload a new payment receipt. It is not at all worth taking a risk if you already send the payment receipt and they still send you an ADR.

It reflected all the interactions in your file and no more weird acronyms. Everything is straight and clear!
I have ordered both. Email came from atip so I think they were gcms n not cbsa. It’s actually not that clear tbh for most of us

When were you able to Link or receive an AOR? On other forums over the past few months I have noticed a recent pattern of approximately 5 months (+ or - a month) between AOR and ECOPR. I say that very cautiously because, of course, there are also lots of exceptions depending on your specific circumstances. It's a guess but it seems that IRCC is trying to get to within a 6 month service standard for TR2PR, but not from time of actual TR2PR application, from time of AOR or Linking, knowing that many have been waiting a nearly a year just to get linked. You might get a few more details on your progress if you order the GCMS notes or CBSA notes but the current response time seems to be a month or more for most.
I got my AOR in March 2022.

Good. Then there’s still a possibility that you’ll get your ECOPR in the Aug/Sept timeframe, or sooner, if my guess (based on recent observations from other forums of time from AOR/Linking to ECOPR). No guarantees though because there are so many variables at play! Best wishes!

I applied for a CBSA note a couple of weeks ago and got the result. It's pretty much the same as what is on my cic account (Eligibility - not started, Criminality - Passed, Biometrics, Medical - Passed, Expired). What's interesting though is that there's an Application Assignment due date (2022-08-10). I wonder if this is the due date for the case officer? lol.
