that's crazy why to update it as "passed" then again ask to re-do it. Ppl's hopes get high for no reason because of such updates. I just don't want to go through any ADR thing again especially things like pcc or something, it's a big pain in the ass to go through such painstaking procedure again
I believe it initially 'passed' because someone checked the file and saw that a Medical was attached, however, they then changed it and requested a new Medical when they started taking a closer look and realized that the Medical was several years old. I submitted it to show that I was 'healthy' when I came to Canada but at the time we applied for TR2PR, they weren't requiring new Medicals. I expected they would ask once Covid rules started relaxing -- and they did.
Check your email everyday including spam/junk folders for anything from IRCC. Respond promptly.
Make sure that IRCC has your most up-to-date email & contact info.
Also, you can keep trying to link your application to your online account every day by using different combinations of personal info with exact data (names, place of birth, passport #, etc) as you used on your TR2PR application, but truthfully, its a lot of work for very little reward because usually IRCC will send you an email telling you to link within a few days of you linking anyway, so you might as well wait for their email confirming that they have started processing. (I linked on May 9th, and got an email on May 10th telling me to link.) The email may or may not actually say 'AOR' (Acknowledgement of Receipt) in the email, but it will at least assign a formal Application Number with which you can then link your account. Lots of people also spend a lot of time calling IRCC asking for a Temporary File Number (or get one in response to a Webform request) but in many respects, this is also not very productive because most people still cannot link with a TFN, and getting a TFN only means that your file has been downloaded from the original portal or cloud (where all of our applications were submitted in 2021), but it has not yet been uploaded into the GCMS system where, after linking, you will then be able to track progress & receive/upload other correspondence through your online account. So the bottom-line is you can do a lot of busy-work that won't really speed up the process, or be patient and check your email daily! Best wishes.
Note: I received a TFN in April but still couldn't link til May anyway. So I wasted a lot of time trying to link and only linked one day before their email telling me to link.

Hello! I applied TR to PR on June 10 2021 like non essential worker. Have 2 dependents on my file. Receive a letter about biometrics and link my application on April 22, 2022. And.....silence since that moment. Who has the same situation? how long can it last? I am really worried. Tried to connect the MP of my region, but they cant do anything with TR to PR applications
How to find which immigration office is responsible for my application?

Many people are waiting since Dec, Jan, and Feb AOR. No one can answer how long will it take. The average for Stream B is 3-6 months. You can call them or order GCMS Notes .
I haven.t get any update since april 12 , Applied on 6 june
AOR- 16 FEB
Biometric - 17 Feb
ADR - PCC 17 FEb
Medical - 21 FEb
ADR in review - 12 April
After that no update,,, Anyone who got AOR around this date and been Approved for PR ? Please let me know guys.... I tried to call IRCC but never get succeed.

I am not aware of anyone being able to communicate effectively with the office agents directly unless they contact you first (if someone has better information, please let me know) so knowing your office isn't necessarily very useful. You can raise a webform asking for a status update, or ask your MP to look into it, or phone an IRCC call centre agent but in most cases they will not tell you much more than what you can already see on your account. On other forums over the past few months I have noticed a recent pattern of about 5 months (approximately; + or - a month) between AOR and ECOPR. I say that very cautiously because, of course, there are also lots of exceptions depending on your specific circumstances. It's a guess but it seems that IRCC is trying to get to within a 6 month service standard, not from time of actual TR2PR application but from time of AOR or Linking, knowing that many have been waiting a nearly a year just to get linked. You might get a few more details on your progress if you order the GCMS notes or CBSA notes but the current response time seems to be a month or more for most.

Good morning. Could anyone of you please advise on the below:
I have applied under IG English stream, May 07, 2021 8.25am. I was able today to reach out to an agent and I got this update:
1. Eligibility passed
2. Medical Exam passed ( but expired)
3. No need for additional docs, interview or fingerprints.
4. Background check - Security no started, criminality in progress, sharing info in progress.
Could you please advise how long it will take approximately for security or the rest in process? Thank you!

Hi guys, I have a question: Does CIC ask to pay for Right of Permanent Fees Receipt (RPFR) to start the processing of a file? I received an email on July 13, and have been wondering. That was the same day I got my application number to link my profile, and successfully linked afterwards. -Thanks
