Guys, does IRCC usually call the employers ? and what would they say ? we are IRCC of Canada and your employee is immigrating to canada ? what if i dont want my employer to know that im trying to leave the country ! how can I avoid that lol ? what documents should I send to encourage them not to call lol
An employment letter as per their spec which includes duty, pay, hoursand dates you worked,if you work in big corporations mostly they won't call.
If I don't want them to call my employer I will add
Paystubs
Tax returns
Offer letter
The job description from official website of your company (optional ,if you don't get it it is fine)
But that also doesn't guarantee 100% that they won't call.
Your entire journey was faster than people waiting for PR card.
Expect a call from Sean Fraser anytime because they clearly choose you to demonstrate how they have fasten the process. They may ask you to give a speech.
You are not OG until you know that there was a previous FSW Worldwide thread created by @dankboi and deleted thanks to the -never faked his experience letter- @navinball.
The good old days of IRCC not processing any application (we are still in them btw lol f* me)
Probably next year, because more people are entering the pool with high score from having canada certificate and work experience.
Also the bill c19 is a factor to contend with now.
Try and improve score to 480+

Many people believe C-19 will be implemented at the same time with the new TEER system, which is probably Nov, but only God know what IRCC has in mind right now
