Probably next year, because more people are entering the pool with high score from having canada certificate and work experience.
Also the bill c19 is a factor to contend with now.
Try and improve score to 480+

It took me 15 months to learn it autodidact.

If you srtart with a teacher, you can achieve that probably within 6-9 months depending on the amount of time you dedicate to it.

I am planning soft landing in July last week - Aug first week... but my passport expiry is on 31dt Dec 2022.... which is with in 6 months of this travel... will it be a problem ? Any views, suggestions....

Took me 10 months, of which I stopped studying for 2. So it is achievable in 8-ish months.

Ask ircc on twitter via DM. Best way to get a good answer. To be honest, you need 6 months validity for a PPR to be attached to your Passport.

Its a cap when the majority of a certain region can't overcome it and also French its not entirely focused on Quebec.

Maybe learning French is affecting your English vocabulary. But a 'cap' is a numerical upper limit, not an amorphous hindrance.

Hi, got my remedical done about a week ago but it's not updated yet, I tried reaching IOM by email and they replied saying it's under quality control atm and will be uploaded by the local office and no reponse to any further queries..does anybody know if there is any cause for concern or if anybody has faced a situation where there case has been selected as a sample for quality control and been delayed because of that?

A general observation. I might be wrong. Is everyone getting Schedule A request, in general, now? I thought it's only for statutory complications such as previous visa refusal etc.
