Visit Visa Application (Using the new IRCC Portal)

I applied for my Parent's visitor visa on December 12, 2021. There was no movement in the file until this Monday. I got a response to one of my web form's and the eligibility review started.
Today, the eligibility review went back to "

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.

Has someone experienced the same thing before?

I applied on 14th Feb. Received the 'Approved' update on 10th May.

Same case with me. My mother's passport is dispatched today. I received an update on her new IRCC portal account.
It shows:
Latest update:
Final decision - May 16, 2022: Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.

However, no counterfoil/pdf. Also, the application status still shows - Submitted on the Account Home page.

What is the application status in your case?

In my case also its same, have you got any update afterwards or still same in Account page.

It might take a few days to update the counterfoil. Check it in a day or two. This happened in case of my mother-in-law. You will see the counterfoil updated status soon.

I checked it online. The old portal application still says that the application is being reviewd.

Its been more than week no update on profile. Hopefully will update after I receive passport. In your cases, it was updated before you received your passport or after. Thanks

Any idea when the eligibility started and when it completed? What's a BVL and whats in it?
Was there any update or communication between Feb 10 and May 28?
