After receiving the FP, who would be completing BG, Vancouver or Scarborough office?

No idea completely...

Have you tried calling any of them?

No, for I doubt it would change anything. Are they going to get my file and put it on the top of the pile if I call..?

Any idea how to raise webform or make an inquiry about my FP status? It says "we will review shortly" and does "shortly" means more than 4 months?

Can be anything, its patience game. Webform enquiry is answered sometimes only in 1 to 2 months time, better call them or order gcms notes to know whats happening with your application.

Have you ordered gcms notes ?

Or tried asking ircc helpline abt ur application current status ?

Hello, has anyone from this group received a request to send scanned (and translated) copies of all the pages in their passport(s)? I got a request on Apr 14th and sent everything on Apr 21st. Trying to figure out what the timeline can be going forward. I already had “Test completed” and “Background check completed” in the new tracker. Also I’m an online applicant. Thanks.

Which apparently is 27 months now (even with previous processing time of 12 we're still within). Anyway, is it possible to obtain any answer other than a generic status update?

Prohibitions, Physical Presence and Language Skills updated to Completed on May 02!! Just waiting for ceremony now

Bravo, all good for you. The website says to bring passport copies to the oath ceremony. But I think all good.

Thanks! I was half expecting my file to be put on hold since I took the test abroad. I suppose all that’s left to be done is to be prepared to fly into Canada at a short notice for the oath ceremony! Cheers

Hoping to get an update soon may be? The tracker date was updated this morning, but no real update I see on Tracker or email. Status is still In Progress and everything marked complete except Citizenship Ceremony.

Hello newuser1234,

Yes, unfortunately, I have read about some applicants who got their oath invites after a long wait. I am not sure why that happens but it is the reality.

As for the passport, I am not sure of that one. I will be taking my oath in June and will apply after. You can try searching for forums regarding passport application as well.

If anyone has recently gone through the passport application process, please share your experience or if you can provide us any link, that would be most helpful.
