Not sure about that. We came in as temporary residents so we bought our cars cash. We recently got a mortgage for our house (as PRs) and we had to give 10% deposit, and minimum of 3 months pay stub. The amount you get depends on your income.

"With the provincial election underway, we have temporarily stopped updating this page when we issue notifications of interest. We will continue to send notifications of interest to potential candidates. "
This means they are not going to show the draws until early/min June.
However, we may know if they have done a draw if people start posting that they received a NOI.
Hey folks, looks like things are finally moving in my account after 15 months.
Yesterday I got two messages in my account - one was a remedical request, and the other was a letter seeking the following:
Additional Family Information IMM 5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family
Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures
Funds, proof: Please provide updated evidence of funds which are completely available,
transferrable and unencumbered by debt or other obligations. Evidence of account activity for the
past six months must also be submitted. Please note: Should you provide proof of funds with
considerably large deposits to your account, we will need to have a detailed explanation as to
where the funds came from and proof of their sources. Thank you.
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM
5669) bearing an original signature
Employment Pay Stubs: Please provide a copy of your pay stubs covering the period specified.
Employment Contract: Please provide Details of your job and conditions of employment
My only doubt is - how much time does it take usually from the time of submission of all these? Are these documents expected or more than what is usually asked at this stage?
Can anyone else confirm - Isn't the validity of CoPR until the medical exam expires?
That could ruin my plans, if they are only handing out 5 months of time to fly.
Get this - I wanted a approved PR and unlimited time before I could land.
I wanted to eat the cake and have it too.
My plans depend on earning that IT certificate I was talking about. If the time limit is less, I might just do a soft landing first and then come back and earn that certificate.
Then explain pranit's expiry date. I looked up the validity on Telegram groups. Some people have it exactly until the medical expires, some people have it as 6 months. Another thing where IRCC can't follow it's own rules.
How did you manage the driving license? Did you use the driving extract from your previous country to expedite the license process? Or are you still using your international driving license as a student?
Got a GCMS report that I filed about a month back. Everything is in place and these fucking cunts won't start the security part. I have no idea what the fuck they're waiting for.
I honestly regret going down this route. So much time, effort, money and worst of all anxiety. This is easily the worst thing that I've done for my mental health. If only there were time machines...
