Bro, just do a soft landing and come back in a week. If you have any friends, give their address for receiving your PR card. Once you leave Canada in a week, apply for PRTD so that you can get back to Canada even if there is some delay with PR card.
Your COPR will indicate the validity, so make sure to check that date carefully-it will generally be until the medical exam expires or the passport expires, whichever comes first. A COPR/Immigrant Visa cannot generally be extended, so make sure to land before yours expires. I received my COPR in April, it is valid till Feb 2023.

“I have a quick question.
I moved to uk last year October and raised a webform to IRCc in November to inform them of the change in address but I didn’t get a reply although I got the acknowledgment mail . I read that PPR letter again and it states that before you send your passport you should inform them of such changes.
Please what do I do?
Do I just send the passport to VFS after raising a second webform or Do I wait for a reply from them?

They should email IRCC to update their address, but they can send passport to their closest VFS. They should make sure package includes all documents, PPR letter and a LOE for why they are sending to that VFS.
