And on the recipt says expected shipping date april 6th so today i call she told me there is no note on your file
What does that mean?

Hello everyone, I applied for passport application (in mail) on 23rd Feb 2022. My wife and I got my passports on 28th March 2022 however they returned the application of my daughter with a note that they need original birth certificate with the translation from any authorized Ontario translator.

Could some please confirm if I have to fill the application form again or the previous application form (signed by us and guarantor on 23rd Feb) can be re-used?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated

No note for what? Your passport will be completed on April 6th? Passport Canada are not meeting their advertised processing time, but they continue to give the normal processing time. Is your file still under examination, you were told?

Probably it's still in examination, otherwise she would have mentioned had it been approved or dispatched. It makes sense given the nature of Passport Canada they said there is no note, they don't want to be held accountable. Even if it's there they would lie, as they lie about the 20 business days processing time. They told you to call back in 2 weeks?

When did you apply? My CC charged 3 weeks ago and I applied 6 weeks ago, still nothing.

Ohh..I applied March 3rd. And i called then last tuesday when the lady told me my application is under review and there was no other info. Then on friday i see finally my cc was charged.
Have you tried calling them? She told me in general the processing time fot applications is 6 weeks.
