This means printing and delivering the passport alone takes 2 weeks?

Believe me, I am taking it easy. I still haven't called after 36 days. By the end of this week, it would be 40 days since I submitted my application. I see applicants start calling after 2 weeks. It seems to me though if we don't bug them, they wouldn't budge, especially if you put "unknown" as your travel date, which is what I did unfortunately.

You are right! It's always better to give them a call since they might not call back even if there's a problem.

I support the idea to call them. For my case, if I did not call them, I would not know there was a small issue need to be fixed by having the guarantor called them to confirm the date of his signature on the copy of ID.

I think by 20 business days processing time it means from the time cc is charged, that's why it takes long these days.

This is deceiving, if it's true. They should be clear with this, like 20 business days after we open and verify your file.
