When did you apply? It may take 2-3 weeks after CC is charged. It's been 2 weeks for me, and my application is still in examination, as per the last update I received.
I sent my documents on February 28.
Thank you. My application was sent to Gatineau and was delivered to Ottawa mailroom
Why do they send applications to different places?

Distribution of workload
Sent my application on Feb 21st.
I sent my application around the same time. Was Gatineau your processing office, or it was another office?

I'm from BC too and mine delivered Feb 24. Radio silence since.
Ha! Could this be a pattern with applications from BC, I wonder? I also sent ours to Mississauga on Feb 28 (Delivered Mar 2) and still nothing.

I would call them. Normally, CC is charged after 2-3 weeks.
I wonder why passport Canada doesn't update processing frequently to reflect more accurate processing times. Saying that in-mail applications take 20 business days is far from accurate. Above that calling is a nightmare. I want to call to see what's going on with my application, but discouraged by the long waiting times and random disconnections reported by others. Is the number at least toll-free, or it counts minutes on the caller?

Yes after looking at the responses in this thread seems like BC applications are experiencing the longest processing time.
Deliverd March 8, No respone yet

This is ironic, since some applications are processed in BC (after redistributing the load), and they are arguably the fastest to be finished!
