Has anybody had some luck calling Passport Services. 1800 567 6868. Have called this number like 5 times now. After waiting for about 30 minutes with 300 people of queue. The call gets disconnected.

Sorry, I have no idea about that. Probably 5 (or more) business days after it reaches the passport office

That was always a painful luck! I experienced the same disconnection so I had to redial and wait about 2hrs to talk to an agent

Up to my knowledge, 3 weeks after making sure that the file is OK and ready for the officer's investigation and decision.

I just called the passport program and after a 2-hour wait, they informed me that the passport and original documents were mailed out and they gave me the tracking numbers...woohoo...Update!!!

When did you apply? It may take 2-3 weeks after CC is charged. It's been 2 weeks for me, and my application is still in examination, as per the last update I received.
