We have received AOR on Friday, I was able to create an account on online tracker. but on https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do it still can't find my application, does anyone else have the same problem ?

Looks like service3.... is only for paper applicants per what people said here..

I would say, wait for a few days. It's not always linear in the way they process applications. Wait until the end of the week at least
