Hi all,

I am in the middle of finishing my citizenship application but I am not able to pay fees - I previously paid other fees (PR, etc,) without any problem but this time I am getting a message saying "Your Payment has not been approved". I tried multiple times, same issue, even calling my Bank but it seems they never received the payment request so the process is stuck somewhere.

I am using a Mastercard and Chrome.

I noticed they did some maintenance work a few days ago and I am wondering whether there is an issue there.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

Unfortunately I don't think there is another way of paying fees at the moment, they used to accept Bank payment but now it is gone.

Any feedback or suggestion is welcome! Thank you
