Hi Everyone,

I just submitted my online application today.
I forgot to include the following:
My US Visa - literally slipped my mind since I haven’t travelled for 2 years
Signature on id’s. My passport doesn’t have a signature for some reason. And so as my government issued ID.
What do I do?

I really doubt if USA visa need to be mentioned unless you hold an immigrant or citizenship status. Regarding ID proof, they will ask you if the current document isn’t S sufficient.

I am planning to apply this week. But for one particular question not sure what to answer regarding 2021 tax yr filing. Since I am filing tax in the month of April and not anytime soon.

I need little help as applying paper application for me and my wife.
Income tax filed chart:
2021 - YES / NO (no as we did not receive T4)
2020 - YES / YES
2019 - YES / YES
2018 - YES / YES
2017 - YES / YES

Please help me above chart is right , suggest me if any thing needs to be changed

best luck for your application. Can you help me to figure out, what should I write for 2021 year Yes/NO & Yes/No. ( I worked for 2021 but did not receive T4 yet).

I am also a bit confused by this question...please can someone assist me. The years in Canada I understand but the first year I was in my home country still... I did file my taxes there but on this question do I then tick yes or is it no as does this only apply to taxes in Canada or all your tax returns? Thank you
