Hi all, I am an August 2020 applicant. Missisauga location. My citizenship test was done back in December 2021 and they requested copies of passport copies on March 22nd. I sent them the copies, however realized after that one of my stamps on the passport was for Mexico and the only thing that is in spanish is the month written on the stamp. Will they come back and ask me for an affadavit and translation for this specific stamp? Everything else on my passport is in english. Please advise guys.

I think you would be fine. If the dates were were in chinese, arabic or hebrew they would have needed translation.

I have got an interview request in first week of April, I have longer stay outside Canada due to job and family reasons during eligibility period. It was around 265 days one time and around 200 days another time. However, I have more than 1100 days physical presence in Canada to meet physical presence requirement. Can someone please elaborate little bit more about the type of questions interviewer could ask in this regard? Does it really matter? Any senior would be requested to comment on this concern please.

Hello everyone, I finally able to talk to call center agent and he gave me application number. There was a wrong email I’d on my file. Also, he said, test invitations sent in December and I didn’t receive it because of wrong email id. He updated with new email id now and I tried to register with new tracker system but I haven’t received verification code on the email address even after updating it. Am I doing something wrong?
how long it takes to get a verification codeon email? Also in which format should I write UCI number? 12345678 or 1234-5678?
I tried both ways but didn’t able to register
Please guide me

Ghost update is when your file is updated but you see no changes on ur tracker. In my case, the tracker showed last updated on July 29th for last 7 months (when everything except oath ceremony was completed). On February 25th tht date changed but the tracker remained the same. Hope it makes sense

Me, too. Don't worry about it. It's mainly IDs and passport stamps check.

Wow so we got my notice to appear for my citizenship on April 7th! With the actual zoom info, seat number, and instructions this time. I say "we" because they sent it to my partner's email (????). But I'll take it!
