It seems to me from what I read in this form 4 days.

I sent a request 10 days ago and still haven't heard back!

I assume that's not unusual, I sent a status request on Feb 23rd and heard from them on March 3rd.

Called yesterday and the update they gave was that my passport was in the printing process. Does anyone know how long that usually takes until it is mailed out?

CC Charged: 7 Mar
PP delivered: 17 Mar

Sent query on 26 Feb and received reply on 3rd mar that your file is under examination. There is no call to guarantors/references.

I had sent PP status request on Feb 28 and got an email (with PP tracking#) on March 11.

CC Charged: 23 Feb ($160 x 2)
My PP delivered: 7 Mar

As of today, nothing for my wife, I can't get anyone on the phone... my call gets dropped randomly after waiting on hold for 2 hours+.

Is it common for them to process applications separately even though everything was sent in the same envelope ?

We are traveling in 3 weeks

You either call them and give them the new info if your file submitted more than 2 weeks ago, or wait until they call you if there is an issue with the payment info and ask you for the new info.

Have you requested an update for your wife's application using the status request form, to know if it's been approved or still under examination?
