I had the same issue since Feb14, 2021. How do we know that our profile is in the pool?
The only change I see on my profile today since I created the profile on 14 Feb is below

Minimum entry criteria

• You meet the minimum entry criteria.

It didn't show a CRS score breakdown before but it is showing now. However, the below status remains the same as before:

Your Express Entry profile status

Your profile is pending. We will send you a message when your profile is in the system.

I noticed I was getting less CRS score than I was anticipating so I had to go and make another change in the form and submitted it again. But since then, neither my CRS score has gotten updated, nor my status has changed. It's been 3 days. not sure what to do

I would say you do since the status message clearly says you are not in the pool yet.

Yes, you’ll get some welcome message just like when you applied for your work permit or study permit.
