I also got same mail yesterday.. can you tell me what changes have been occur?

Same thing happened to me, submitted a visitor visa application on Thursday night and received a status update on Saturday, but nothing has changed. Haven't received biometrics instruction letter also, which kinda worries me.

I got a refusal mail, after 24 hours I got another mail saying my that my application status has changes, I logged in to check if there would any change at all …. Got nothing in my portal. Please anyone know what this means ?

Usually the notification email of your application status (in your case the refusal) is not synced with the actual refusal mail. (often time there is a lag time of the notification coming to your inbox). If you have already checked the "refusal mail", there isn't anything updated since the refusal I assume.
