This means their security was started before their background check status got changed from your application is in progress to we are processing as security check usually takes time.

Turns out many cases I saw as well from 2018 and onwards of people who were in the same status as us, got their PPR at the same day as when the status changed to “We are processing…” .
Example: for this guy and many others it was stuck at “Your application is in progress…” for many months (total 4 months from Aor to PPR) https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...nuary-2018-cec-applicants.536862/post-6964105

so the point is when we see “we are processing…” again, we are pretty much in the Copr zone

so the point is when we see “we are processing…” again, we are pretty much in the Copr zone

True. But we will only see that message if officer touches our file. So, it's like 50-50. But still making up mind to keep positive hopes.

I think he did in the April and eligibility was recommended pass. I read about his mother's condition as well let's pray for his mother's speedy recovery. I hope you also get COPR by tomorrow. You deserve it.
