Eligibility Passed : May-10-2021 ( called IRCC agent )
Background check : Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check. ( Earlier it was in processing status, a month back it changed back to this ).
Ghost Update : June-12-2021 ( checked in online account )
Ghost Update : June-24-2021 ( Backgroud check status changed : We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Did you apply BOWP recently or still do you have valid WP?

Hello @gargeedesai congrats on receiving portaal email. Can you tell me how many days after 2nd GU of BC you received email. Mine BC got changed to "We are processing" on 22 June. Still no update. AOR - 25 March, VO- Ottawa. Thanks

Hi, I got it in a week. I received the 2nd ghost update on 21st June and got the portal email today morning.

Great. Mine 2nd GU was on 22nd June. So I think I can expect it tomorrow or Monday.

Can anyone suggest me how much time it take to receive 1st Portal email after 2nd GU. Mine 1st ghost update was on 6th May 2021. After 1st GU BC changed to - Your application is in process. We will send you message when we start your BC.
2nd GU was on 22nd June 2021. On this date BC went back to "We are processing your BC. Will let you know if we need more information".

I have no idea what to expect because I have seen people receiving Portal email after 4-5 days of 2nd GU. Tried calling IRCC but couldnt got connected to agent.

Is there anyone waiting for portal email even after the BC transition?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did anyone get PR recently in this March Aor before applying BOWP and their work permit going to expire within 3 to 4 months?

Hello brother, my work permit is expiring next year - April 2022. I got my second GU on 22 June and BC went back to processing. Called IRCC, agent said criminality in progress & security not started. Medical, Eligibility & Info sharing completed. I am single inland applicant with only Canadian education, only one Canadian job experience, no travel history & was not even asked for PCC from my home country as I didnt stay there for 6 months after my 18th birthday. I dont know whsat is taking so long in security & criminialty. But whatever it is I trust one phrase "Everything will come at a right moment". Thanks

i called IRCC on Monday June 28, Criminality and eligibility are passed, and security has not started yet, does anyone know how when it starts and how long does it take???
