I believe that as well, this has been seen only with the march AORs.

The forum “experts” suggest exactly that and it makes sense logically as well. But, I have seen many scenarios where Background Check (including Security) completed about a month before Eligibility completed.

Although I personally believe that Security starts after Eligibility is passed, from what I have read, there is a real chance that Eligibility could be Recommended Passed which might cause Security to start. After Security is finished and just before Copr, there might be another run by the officer to “stamp” the Eligibility as passed and issue Copr. Again, these are only speculations from examples seen in applicants here.

I guess your case is being processed at Sydney too, since we have the same timeline

Here is my detailed timeline:

AoR: 26th March 2021
MEP: 14th April 2021
Biometrics exempted: 14th April 2021
BG update : 07th May 2021

I guess your case is being processed at Sydney too, since we have the same timeline

Before Apr 22nd,it was actually at Sydney,but after that the application transferred to Vancouver.
