My Final decision date shows Oct 15, everything completed on Tracker and COPR details visible. Called multiple times, still in progress. PVO is Ottawa. Does anyone know the minimum waiting time for Portal 1 email? What does it mean when they say the application is still waiting to be finalized? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On GCKey Account:
AOR: June 25, 2023
Medical Exams: October 20, 2023 You passed the medical exam.
Biometrics: I did my biometrics on September 26, 2023 and that's what it shows on the application info in the portal but in the application status it says June 24, 2023 Completed? LOL I don't get it
Final Decision: October 19, 2023 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

My questions is how come I passed medical exams after "final decision"? Is there anyone with a similar timeline like this?

On Tracker:
Everything is completed since October 20 and COPR No. is already available there.

No P1 email yet and the wait is so frustrating. I have a trip to visit my family scheduled for mid December but I guess I'm not going anywhere at this point.

If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

This is the error I receive when trying to create a tracker account at https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register, my PGP application shows "Final Decision - Nov 16... In Progress...."

Am I missing something? please help

I applied for PR card renewal online from inside canada. I have a similar update on the IRCC portal.
Latest update:
Final decision - November 17, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Got email last week asking for details so they can create my PR Portal account on November 16th

CICAccount says: Final decision - November 10, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
IRCC Tracker was updated on November 13th with COPR document number and expiry date. All processes are complete in the tracker.

Just wanted to post as I found this forum extremely helpful, I received this on friday, final decision update November 24 2023: we are processing your application, we will let you know when a final decision has been made, and I got PPR Monday morning. So it really can mean PPR is on its way.

**edit to add: checked last night and never got COPR in tracker, background check was still in progress, just got the fd update in gkey and then email Monday morning. I haven't checked the tracker yet to see whats there now

The night before, no change, but after I got the email in the morning it was all updated. Should be coming soon!
