What does this mean? Is this a good sign?

I checked my profile today my PR was approved on 11th Jan and i got my card one month latter. and this month i have the same status

Yes, I got my PPR request letter a few days later. Only problem is I was meant to receive a portal invite as I am currently inside Canada lol.

I see on the tracker, the CoPR document number is mentioned with an expiry date. Does this mean that I shall get RFV/PPR email shortly?

According to many members here, Yes, a decision will be made in the near future. Hopefully, you should receive an update the next week.
