However, my Eligibility and Background check is still showing as in review/process.

What does it mean? Was it the same for everyone else when they got their email?

I received portal 1 email today.

what was the status of the background check when you received the final decision notification? Mine is in progress for background checks but I got the same message of final decision.

let's hope we get COPR Soon. I couldn't see anyone mentioning status of their background and review when they received final decision message. I have asked few of them lets see what they respond.

I am already waiting for eCoPR and my background and eligibility still say in process. I guess it is not updated until the application is closed.

Mine still show the same, and I am already waiting for eCoPR. So don't worry, from my understanding, it means your application was approved and you should receive portal 1 shortly.

Is this a good sign? do you know how long do I need to wait after this?

Brother I got the first portal ahimsa it's says 2 notice to submit your all info ...and how did you reply for that first email, simply click Reply on your email and write all the information? And after you send did you get automated reply from IrCc
