I have checked my account but there is no change. Any clue?

Unlikely - score below 400. These messages often used to pop up randomly. No one has figured out yet whether they have any significance.

Yes I did, and found that nothing has changed and all info are the same.

Me too the same, none changes and a email of update, i am living and working in Ontario 385 points.

I have received notification through my email from CIC that my express entry application is updated. Since I checked mycic account than actually no update is made. My score is same 349 with all other details.

I know one of my friend has received the same update message, at 38x points. Seems this time cic aims those between 350-400 and reviewed their profiles.
