There are changes in dates and form (Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3])

Senior members- If there is only a change in date in the forms below and all the other details in the forms stand intact, should we download only the new forms with new dates, sign and send them? Please urgently clarify..

I would use the new forms for everything. You don't want to risk being refused because you used some old forms.

can someone list what are the forms with changes and updated/new dates?

As far as i can see, below are the forms with either new dates/changes in forms

1. Document Checklist [IMM 5612] (PDF, 233 KB)-------------------------change in date
2. Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (PDF, 536 KB)---------- change in date
3. Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]-----------------Form format changed
4. Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence---------------change in date
5. Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (PDF, 55 KB)-----------------------change in date


are there any other changes to be noted?? considered? pls connect and respond
