Years of Work experience required for the eligibility of PR

I have 2 and half years of customer relationships experience in executive level before completing the degree since i was working while studying a and in total now i have 3 years of experience. May i know if these 3 years of work exp complete the minimum work exp needed for the eligibility of PR

The minimum is one year of work experience.

But i do not have canadian experience and only the work experience after the degree get calculates and not before that even if its executive level ?

You probably need to read rules for Express entry again. You're making a lot of assumptions.
