Hello everyone,
I reecently got a refusal stating 'Given your previous education and/or employment history, I am not satisfied that the motivation to pursue this particular program at this point in time in Canada is reasonable'. I dont understand why. My Course: IBM-Logistics and My Work Experience: Supply Chain Management
My mechanical engineering started in 2012 because of my kidney stones problem in between I had missed out on semester exams which resulted in year back. So in between I was employed to a mangerial position after 6 months internship at same organization (2018-19). I cleared back subjects and graduated in 2019.
I havent had mentioned my kidney stone issue in my previous SOP. Now,In my new SOP should I mention about my kidney stone problems? (I have scan reports as well) Now I am all good and have no more kidney stones issue. Mentioning kidney stones issue as the reason I had year gap Will this complicate and weaken my profile more?? Or I shouldnt mention any medical issue?
Please help

You have a mechanical engineering degree but want to pursue an internal business mgt course. That's not likely to fly with VO, as they want to see academic progression based on your past academic history. Unless you are able to really convince them that this is a good move for you based on your current employment.
How long have you been working as a Supply Chain manager? How did you end up in a managerial position after only 6 months internship? Is this company well known in your country with solid online presence?
Not sure why you want to add your kidney stone history to your SOP. To what end?
