visa rejection because of year gap

Sir,

This is my profile.

10th - 51% in 2005
12th - 52% in 2008
Bcom - 62% in 2012-2015 from CV Raman University.

I have a 3 year gap between 12th and degree beacuse I joined degree in 2009 in MG University as a private student. Mean time I studied a short term diploma programme of tally and I used to work as book keeper and study same time.

After a year I had an accident and terribly injured and was in a bed rest for several months. So I dropped my degree program and continued working. And I have the experience certificate as a book keeper to fill my year gap

In 2012 I joined Bcom in CV Raman University.

After my studies I working as an accountant in a company till now..

I wanted to apply for PG Diploma in International Business Management in lambton college.
So I like to know the rejection possibility.

Please help me with questions
Will I get reject because if my year gap...?

Gap has never been a problem, in getting visa. Unjustified gap has been a reason.
If you can explain your condition and justify them about your gaps, then you'll get visa.
Make a very strong sop, stating all these things (medical condition,etc). However, your low academics can create a problem.
Its all upon luck, people with these academics and with gap of 6/7 years gets visa.
In your case, its all about presentation of your case.

There is no official update about this.
Ielts score is dependent upon your college/university, some uni are seeking students with overall 7.0 bands.
As per spp, you should have 6.0 (with no less than 5.5)

Ask your consultant about this. If he would found this suitable, then you can attach this.
I think just explaining the issue in sop would be sufficient.

Working as Mechanical Engineer from 2011 to until now(2017)........also uploaded my case for immigration in express entry 2015 but it got expired in 2016 ...........

The first question can I apply for study visa........second question do I stand a chance of getting visa....because a lot of consultants had told me because i have field for immigration earlier my study visa case will be rejected straight away........kindly clear my doubts
