Wrong name on study permit

I extended my study permit but my name on my study permit is wrong so I wanna change it how I can change it and what I will have to do ? Actually it was my mistake that I put my last name twice when I applied for extended study permit now it shows my name Parvinder Kaur brar brar while my name is only Parvinder Kaur Brar. Please let me know how I can change it. Thank you.
